Although recommended grade levels are listed, these performances are age appropriate for multi-grade ranges so teachers may wish to bring their students to other performances.
An estimated number of seats may be reserved until the final ticket count deadline. The final total number attending must be confirmed two weeks prior to the show. Once the final count is confirmed, no seats may be released. Payment is to be made on the day of the performance for the number confirmed. All sales are final. Checks should be made payable to Wilkes Community College.
Teachers are encouraged to use the study guides provided to enhance the learning experience for students.
All shows last approximately 60 minutes.
Buses should arrive no sooner than 45 minutes prior to the show and enter from the Meadowview Drive entrance off Hwy 268 West.
Buses will be assisted with unloading as directed. Buses will exit in the order they entered unless special arrangements have been made.
Bus drivers will be seated in back of the auditorium if seats are available. Bus drivers should leave 15 minutes before the end of the show to get buses ready.
As seating is limited, students will be counted and directed to seats by ushers. Students may go to restrooms after being seated.
We REQUIRE that students be adequately supervised. A teacher or chaperone must remain with his/her students at all times.
Schools are responsible for any damages incurred by their students. The cost of seat damage is $100 per seat.
Chewing gum, cameras, or recording devices are not allowed in the auditorium.
In the event of inclement weather, it may be necessary to cancel shows. Every effort will be made to notify schools in advance. Shows will be rescheduled if possible.
